'Marriott' Franchised EB5 Visa Project in Florida

Job Creation

Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club

The Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club is the job creating entity that creates the necessary jobs under the EB-5 program.

The Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club is situated on Anna Maria Island in the city of Holmes Beach, Florida; located within the EB-5 Affiliate Network State of Florida Regional Center, and also located in an area that has been designated as a targeted employment area (TEA) by the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity.

An economic impact assessment has been conducted to determine the number of employment positions expected to be created by the Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club (JCE). This analysis was conducted using RIMS II methodology, a nationally recognized economic impact assessment program. The current analysis is focused on the JCE as a source of employment creation, so that it is more specific than the analysis that supported the regional center designation for the greater state of Florida.

This analysis demonstrates that the combined project development and business activities are expected to create 287 employment positions that may be counted within the EB-5 Affiliate Network State of Florida Regional Center.

These projected employment positions are in excess of the minimum employment positions required under the requirements of the EB-5 Visa Program providing 14.35 jobs per EB-5 participant.
